yay! =)

yay! i managed to settle my thai express four season beans today but i was quite disappointed cos they cooked it with some other sauce =( anyhows, i managed to accomplished a very good exercise regime today

walked to tiong park
jogged
walked to bus stop to take a bus to interchange
walked home
climbed upstairs ! =) woohooo

but it all came to nothing cos i had thai for dinner! and delifrance for teabreak haha

diee, tml 's labour day and also the day my parents met for the first time =) and its a yearly tradition to go to royal hotel cafe where they met and sit in the rickshaws table to have ice cream whahaha yippie!

im super lazy to go jog to tiong so im just gonna use the treadmill at home since i have it!

anyways i went for xray and med check and i think its honestly super overpriced!

see , xray cost $63 and med check even worse $47.25 and all i did was take a urine test ( check if im pregnant ?wth ? ) then ht,wt doctor knock knock my tummy check dunno wad then took bp then asked me if i have family medical problems thats it!!!! 3mins with the doctor only lehhh, this kind i also can do myself arh =( boohoo they just wanna make money thats all
